User Data Deletion

Dennis Tan Creative allows users to request deletion of personal information obtained through our applications and connected services.

This page specifically provides instructions for information obtained through Meta services, including Facebook and Instagram.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your information, email:

Use the email subject:

Meta User Data Deletion Request

Please include:

  • your name;
  • the email address associated with your request;
  • the Facebook or Instagram account associated with the request, where relevant;
  • the application or service you connected, if known; and
  • a brief description of the information you would like deleted.

Please do not send your password, API keys, access tokens or other login credentials.

What Happens After Your Request

After receiving a deletion request, we may take reasonable steps to verify that the request relates to you or an account you are authorised to manage.

Once verified, we will identify information associated with the relevant Meta account or integration and delete information that is no longer required.

Where appropriate, we will also remove stored authorisation information or access tokens associated with the integration.

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary or legally required for purposes such as accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or compliance with legal obligations.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

You may also remove an application’s access through your Meta, Facebook or Instagram account settings where this functionality is available.

Removing access prevents the application from continuing to access information under that authorisation.

If you would also like information previously stored by Dennis Tan Creative to be deleted, please submit a deletion request using the instructions above.

Confirmation

We will provide confirmation once a valid deletion request has been processed or advise you if additional information is reasonably required to locate the relevant data.

For requests relating to information that was not obtained through Meta, you may also contact us using the same email address.

Please describe the information or service involved so we can identify your request.
