End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to websites, applications, portals, software tools and integrations operated by Dennis Tan Creative (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using our applications or connected services, you agree to this Agreement.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use our applications and services for their intended purpose.

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with our software;
  • use our services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
  • attempt to circumvent security or access controls; or
  • use our services in a way that may damage or disrupt our systems or third-party services.

Third-Party Services

Our applications may connect with third-party services, including:

  • Intuit QuickBooks;
  • Meta, Facebook and Instagram;
  • Pic-Time;
  • VSCO Workspace;
  • Google; and
  • other business, communication, analytics or technology providers.

By connecting a third-party service, you authorise our application to access and process information permitted by the permissions you approve.

Your use of third-party services is also subject to the terms, privacy policies and conditions of the relevant provider.

Third-party services may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue their APIs or services independently of Dennis Tan Creative.

Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, our website content, applications, software, branding, workflows and other intellectual property remain the property of Dennis Tan Creative or the relevant rights holder.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable and secure services but cannot guarantee that our applications or integrations will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts, passwords and devices.

You must not provide passwords, API keys, access tokens or other sensitive credentials to unauthorised persons.

Disclaimer and Liability

Our applications and integrations are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dennis Tan Creative is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our applications, temporary service interruptions, third-party service failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if this Agreement is breached, if access creates a security risk, or if the relevant application or integration is discontinued.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this website with the date of the most recent update.
